I serve on the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, The Downtown West Bend Board of Directors, I am a Washington County Commissioner for the Southeast Wisconsin Regional Plan Commission (SEWRPC) and am a Member of the West Bend Noon Rotary Club. I am married to my husband Troy who is a local CPA and together we have 4 incredible adult children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. My hobbies include rescue work for special needs dogs, spending time with my horse Vinnie, cooking, interior design and decorating, water sports, and spending as much time as possible on the beautiful trails of the Northern Kettle Moraine Forest. I was born and raised in Washington County and currently reside in the Town of Farmington where we built our home in 2010. I married my Husband Jed in 2006 and we are blessed with three amazing daughters: Julia, Elizabeth and Sara. My husband has worked in the Tool & Die Industry for nearly 20 years and because of his excellent career choice, I was fortunate to be able to stay home when our girls were very young to be involved with all their "firsts". We decided to move to the Kewaskum School District so that our girls can have that small classroom experience while receiving a fantastic education. I have over 10 years of customer service, sales and patient care experience. From 2013 to 2015 I was the Administrative Assistant to the owner of Hanson & Co. Real Estate which sparked my passion for real estate. I am ecstatic to be back in the work force as a Licensed Real Estate Agent to help my buyers find the perfect place to call home and assist my sellers in achieving their highest real estate goals. In November 2020, I adopted a 13-year-old Pomeranian dog and since then, I have become an advocate for helping rescue dogs find a loving home! While I was born and raised in New Berlin, I happily call West Bend my home. My husband, Tim and I have three grown children; Danielle, TJ and Jonathan and a little fur baby named Lola. My family and I have undergone several relocation moves that brought us from Washington County to Virginia and back home to Washington County all in a matter of 11 years. To say that I understand the stress and intense emotions that come with buying and selling is an understatement...I have lived it! Because of these experiences, I have significant understanding of how to mitigate much of that stress for my clients because I know what it's like to be in their shoes. I began my real estate career in 2008 when the real estate recession hit and because of this, have significant experience in foreclosures, short sales and other weak market strategies. On the contrary, the intense market we are currently experiencing has also qualified me as an expert contract negotiator in working for both buyers and sellers. This market may be strong but it is not easy. This market requires an agent with significant experience, confidence and savvy to work through the many trip hazards that exist for both sides of the transaction.
